the wooden villas were surrounded by a stunning pine forest and provided a clean and cozy atmosphere. the villas had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen, shower, large living room, TV with various channels. the buffet breakfast at Malina was excellent, offering a great selection of hot and cold food. the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the ski schools and lifts. the Malina Village Restaurant was also fantastic, with delicious food and friendly staff. I highly recommend staying at Malina Village!
Couldn't fault 👌.

We had an amazing stay at Malina Village in Pamporovo. The wooden villa we stayed in was clean, warm, and surrounded by beautiful pine forests. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and responsive to our needs. The location was great, with ski lifts and one of the stations just a 10-minute walk away.
The only thing that could make the morning meal even better would be to have more vegetarian options available.

We really liked how close it was to the slopes, only a 5 min walk. We also thought the chalet was lovely and warm and had a cosy, quirky feel. The bedrooms were comfy and the breakfast was good too. It was good value for money and you get your own little house in the snow. If you are prepared to overlook a few faults its great. To be honest at that sort of price its great value and we would go back.
No kettle and very limited storage. If you are expecting to cook anything you wouldn't be able to, there isn't much equipment but we didnt want to anway but thought it may be helpful to others with young children just to give you the heads up. Bathroom a bit cold and shower curtain a bit mouldy but we were happy to overlook this. Wouldn't be suitable for anybody with mobility problems due to the stairs and would struggle to find storage for clothes and undies etc if more than 3 of you. Tips - bring a travel kettle and a tea towel ( they don't have them either) and a sponge for cleaning your cups and glasses. 2 miles away from resort centre but don't get a taxi - restaurants will pick you up and drop you off ,we didnt know this until the end of the stay! Also bring some coathangers :)

The location is brilliant just 10 minutes walk to ski school! Lovely buffet breakfast and mostly friendly staff especially Nelly who was so helpful bit of a language barrier with some others so missed out going tubing locally . Rooms are basic , sofa bit uncomfortable for four of us to sit together, DVD players would not go amiss , clean sheets and towels provided . All in all What we expected for the money and would go back as only 5 minutes from Pamporovo town too. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Spacious yet cosy accomodation in a beautiful scenic mountain location. Quiet and peaceful. For the most part courteous and helpful staff.
What was not made very clear when booking was the fact that out of the main tourist season most facilities in Pamporovo (hotels, shops and entertainments) were closed. Arriving late at night by bus I was dismayed to find there were no taxis either for the 1.7km transfer to Malina village - not so far, but in the dark on unlit mountain roads, with heavy luggage and no clear location plan it was a daunting prospect. Fortunately kindly locals and an "unofficial" (ie overpriced) taxi came to my rescue. Equipment at the chalet was unacceptably sparse: no kettle; only one saucepan, no sharp knives or cooking utensils and only the minimum of cutlery and undersized crockery - ie 1 small of each per person - and no tea towels. The on-site snack bar only opened at the weekend when they had more guests. All this is very easily put right and I hope they do so, then Malina would be great!

We had a great time staying at Malina Village. the wooden villas surrounded by the beautiful pine forest were clean, warm, and lovely. We enjoyed the amenities like the kitchen, shower, large living room, and TV with plenty of channels. the buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of hot and cold food. the location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the ski schools and ski lifts. the Malina Village Restaurant was fantastic, with delicious food and polite, helpful waiters. We even got to enjoy live Bulgarian music and dancers on Christmas day. Cons: All was perfect! 👌.

Nice concept, feels like having a cabin in the woods. Bathroom tiles are heated. Close to ski schools and ski lifts
Uncomfortable bed. Buffet dinner and breakfast not the best for the price range.

Great value for money and good for families. Nice location amongst the pine trees, providing a peaceful atmosphere. - the staff was friendly and helpful, offering excellent customer service. - the chalets had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. - the restaurant served a reasonable variety of food, including a good breakfast selection.
The chalets needed some updating and maintenance, with broken cupboards and dodgy finishing work. The location of the chalets was a bit inconvenient, requiring a taxi or walk on icy roads to reach the main resort.

Skiing in beautiful mountains, clean rivers, and snow-covered peaks. Close to ski runs. Children's playground with mountain views. Free parking. Enjoyed Malina Restaurant !
Oh, I just hated how perfect everything was! Absolutely awful.

The cabins are in a beautiful forest location and offer a peaceful getaway. The cabin has a nice fireplace and the heating works well. The proximity to the ski slopes is a plus.
The customer service is disappointing. The staff has poor communication skills and didn't offer much help.

I recently stayed at Complex Malina for a week-long vacation and I couldn't have been happier. The location is ideal, just a short 5-minute walk to Malina center. The property itself is cozy and the staff were extremely helpful. They even brought me an extra heater when my room was a bit cold. The storage service for ski equipment was a convenient feature, saving me from lugging my skis and boots around. I'm already planning my next vacation there!
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
